You warrant that all information provided to jl086 is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
All deposits to your jl086 account must be made using payment methods accepted by jl086, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, among others. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
jl086 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. jl086 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three business days.
jl086 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if jl086 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jl086 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl086 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl086 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
jl086's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl086 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl086 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jl086 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jl086 through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team. jl086 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
jl086 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with jl086 may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
jl086 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl086 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the jl086 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
